Description: Based on these research results, the University of Michigan Comprehensive Cancer Center will soon begin a new clinical study of a drug similar to rapamycin in adult patients with chronic myeloid leukemia, or CML. The study will be led by Moshe Talpaz, MD, the umcccs director of translational research.
