Description: From Buffalo - Reducing TV and computer time by 50% can lower BMI in children. Researchers randomized 70 four to seven year olds to either a 50% reduction in screen time or no restrictions. Those in the restricted time group had their time reduced in increments of 10% per week and were rewarded with incentives.
