      Dr. M. S. Sridhar is a post graduate in Mathematics and Business Management and a Doctorate in Library and Information Science. He is in the profession for last 38 years. Since 1978, he is heading the Library and Documentation Division of ISRO Satellite Centre, Bangalore. Dr. Sridhar has published 4 books, 88 research articles, 22 conferences papers, written 19 course materials for BLIS and MLIS, made over 25 seminar presentations and contributed 5 chapters to books.

      ಡಾ. ಎಂ ಎಸ್ ಶ್ರೀಧರ್ರವರು ಗಣಿತ ಹಾಗೂ ಬಿಸಿನೆಸ್ ಮ್ಯಾನೇಜ್ಮೆಂಟ್ ಎರಡೂ ವಿಷಯಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಸ್ನಾತಕೋತ್ತರ ಪದವೀಧರರಾಗಿದ್ದು, ಗ್ರಂಥಾಲಯ ಮತ್ತು ಮಾಹಿತಿ ವಿಜ್ಞಾನದಲ್ಲಿ ಡಾಕ್ಟರೇಟ್ ಪಡೆದಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಅವರು ಕಳೆದ ೩೭ ವರ್ಷಗಳಿಂದ ಗ್ರಂಥಾಲಯ ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರದಲ್ಲಿದ್ದು, ೧೯೭೮ ರಿಂದ ಇಸ್ರೋ ಉಪಗ್ರಹ ಕೇಂದ್ರದ ಗ್ರಂಥಾಲಯ ಮತ್ತು ಪ್ರಲೇಖನ ವಿಭಾಗದ ಮುಖ್ಯಸ್ಥರಾಗಿ ಕಾರ್ಯ ನಿರ್ವಹಿಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಇದಕ್ಕೂ ಮುನ್ನ ಎನ್ ಎ ಎಲ್, ಐ ಐ ಎಂ (ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು) ಹಾಗೂ ಮೈಸೂರು ವಿಶ್ವ ವಿದ್ಯಾಲಯಗಳ ಗ್ರಂಥಾಲಯಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಕಾರ್ಯ ನಿರ್ವಹಿಸಿದ ಅನುಭವವಿದೆ.
      ಡಾ. ಶ್ರೀಧರ್ ಅವರು ೪ ಪುಸ್ತಕಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ೮೮ ಸಂಶೋಧನಾ ಪ್ರಬಂಧಗಳನ್ನು ಪ್ರಕಟಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ, ಹಾಗೂ ವಿವಿಧ ಪುಸ್ತಕಗಳಿಗಾಗಿ ೫ ಪಠ್ಯಗಳನ್ನೂ ಬರೆದಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಇವರು ಮುಕ್ತ ವಿಶ್ವವಿದ್ಯಾನಿಲಯಗಳ ಗ್ರಂಥಾಲಯ ಮತ್ತು ಮಾಹಿತಿ ವಿಜ್ಞಾನ ಪದವಿ ಹಾಗೂ ಸ್ನಾತಕೋತ್ತರ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳಿಗಾಗಿ ೧೯ ಪಠ್ಯ ಸಾಮಾಗ್ರಿಯನ್ನು ರಚಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಇದಲ್ಲದೆ ಸುಮಾರು ೪೫ ಲೇಖನ/ ಪ್ರವಚನಗಳನ್ನು ವಿವಿಧ ಸಮ್ಮೇಳನ / ವಿಚಾರ ಸಂಕಿರಣಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಮಂಡಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
