      Needles Department :
      Project I: Design (slug vacuum) inside the Protack machine in the needles main floor .
      (Increase production by saving time cleaning the slugs directly after the cut)
      (Improving the quality of the products by taking the slugs out of the way)
      (Saving the labor cost time to clean the machine by the end of shift)

      SYNTURE Department :
      Project II: Impact the Cost of foil recycling by reducing the scraps.(six sigma application)
      Reducing the front packing scraps in foil and breather pouch, by fixing mechanical errors in the cp2 machines
      Fixing the time delay in the movement of the parts .and stop the good lots from being rejected
      Other Projects: Design sterilizer quality test device:
      The idea of the device to mix the c2h4o with chemical die (that won’t change c2h4o characteristics) and pass through the breather pouch and we can tell that if the breather has the right amount of the sterilization by the amount of die that passes through it.


      Project II: Adding solar energy source to the power plant:
      The idea of adding the solar energy as bypass in case of downtime, definitely that will reduce downtime for the power plant and reduce cost of using electric from the local company, but will sell electric back to the local company through the two way meter.
