http://sysborg2.osdd.net/Worked on project entitled “TBGO (Gene Ontology)of Mycobacterium tuberculosis” supported by the Open Source Drug Discovery(OSDD) CSIR Incubated programme on December 2009 in Team TBGO & IPW(Pathway formation Team). The project involved re-annotation of the Mtb and performed intensive sequence analysis for gene prediction. Finally, selected as one of the best annotators from among the over 800 researchers and successfully annotated 105 Mtb genes and finally attended ‘on-site phase’workshop (C2DJamboree) of C2D annotation project in April 2010 in Delhi, India.
