(American Chemical Society) The American Chemical Society and the Council for Chemical Research will hold a special half-day symposium to address the critical challenge of keeping the United States' chemical enterprise competitive, and the central role research and development will play in this process. The event takes place on Sunday, Aug. 22, during the ACS National Meeting & Exposition in Boston. The symposium includes a half-dozen experts from the chemical enterprise.
