Media are invited to learn about the specialized equipment and major research projects housed in the new Burevitch Laboratory at UNC Wilmington, which opened this fall and is used to investigate marine mammal strandings, oyster habitats, coastal plants and marine fish. A media tour and demonstration will take place Friday, Sept. 23 at 10:30 a.m. at the Burevitch Lab.
