Legendary rock band The Paul Collins Beat since 1977, have toured with The Police, The Cure, The Jam, The Ramones, Joe Jackson, Huey Lewis, Devo and Eddie Money. Today, The Paul Collins Beat continue to record new material and tour worldwide, playing shows in U.S., Japan, Canada, Brazil, Mexico, UK, Italy, Spain, France, Germany, Sweden and throughout Europe.Projects:
The Paul Collins Beat have finished recording a new album with The White Stripes producer Jim Diamond. The new album will be released soon on CD, vinyl and digitally through iTunes.The Beat lead singer Paul Collins launched a new program to solve online music piracy and theft due to illegal file sharing and downloading. "We have alot of fans around the world and after careful consideration, made the decision to offer our music as free mp3 albums to everyone at no cost." Working with The Beat, Collins released a number of professionally produced albums including "Greatest Hits Live," as well as the DVD video download package containing music videos from MTV and live performances.Vita / Publications:

Paul Collins' legendary early band The Nerves continue to be worshipped by new generations of hipsters and music lovers worldwide. Rock icon and cult favorite Paul Collins founded The Nerves with Peter Case and Jack Lee in 1974. The Nerves funded their own recordings, toured with The Ramones and released Hanging On The Telephone, a hit song which has been covered by Cat Power, Def Leppard and Blondie, on the Parallel Lines album. After The Nerves disbanded in 1977, Paul Collins formed The Beat, recruiting members of various rock bands. The Beat were music video pioneers, with several 80s music videos appearing on early MTV and touring the world, performing with major rock acts such as The Cure, The Police, The Jam, Devo, Huey Lewis and countless others. Today, Paul Collins Beat continues to play hundreds of concerts each year, touring USA, Japan, Canada, Brazil, Italy, Spain, Sweden, France, UK and throughout Europe.Additional Information:
