      I done short term project on Genetic Engineering ,Microbiological and Immunological Techniues which covers following Topics:

      Isolation of DNA from plants.
      Restriction and Digestion of DNA.
      Electrophoresis
      Quantitative and Qualitative Analysis of DNA and RNA by Spectrometry.
      Conjugation.
      Isolation and classification of Bacteria and fungal Species using varies culturing techniques.
      Immunological techniques such as Single diffusion, double diffusion, coagulation of AB and Ag, etc,..
      Plant Tissue Culture techniques.
