      I started my career in fitness as a personal trainer exclusively for women. "I don't agree with the concept that one program fits both men and womenâ€. My instruction is focused on 'improving women's self esteem through a lifestyle that embraces physical fitness.' It was this sentiment that became my motivation to reach more women.
