Abstract: Abstract Labour-man agement relations are the interacting relations between labour (or employees) and management (or employers). Based on expounding the essence of labour-management relations - confliction and cooperation, this paper discusses with emphasis the responses and attitudes of international confederations of trade unions, trade unions and employees, towards environmental problems. Their attitudes to environmental protection are active, because of at least two reasons: their consciencespsila driving as members of the earth, and their own economic and health benefits. At last, the paper introduces two important international documents in strengthening the role of workers and their trade unions as for environmental problems. It is pointed out that establishing one kind of new labour-management relationship - green labour-management relations, one kind of employee involvement and labour-management partnership with environmental protection as a cut-in point, is becoming the only wise choice for employers. It is a guarantee of enhancing the green quality of products and competitive power of the company under the pressure of global environment. Green labour-management relations are one part of green human resource management, which was put forward by the author.
