    • Abstract:  Abstract Logistics has close relation with the development of industries and enterprises, and different logistics development strategies should be planed and implemented for different kinds of industries and enterprises at different developing stage which is a dynamic evolvement process. With the model of industry growth analysis and autoregressive distributed lag (ADL) model, the conclusion is drawn that the green food industry of China has entered the middle term of growth stage and the development level of third party-logistics has become the important factor that has effect on the development of green food industry. The following problems are brought forward that the development of logistics lags behind relatively, and the management level is also relative low, and suggestions that strengthen the management of logistics strategy to optimize its structure and enhance the competition advantage of industry in both domestic and abroad market are also put forward.
