    • Abstract:  Abstract The brevity required in the paper by Sasson and Brown (A. M. Sasson and H. E. Brown, "Deductions and clarifications on the diakoptics approach," in 1971 7th PICA Conf. Proc., pp. 433-439) obscures a computational aspect important to the tutorial and application value of their "bus-cut" method. A numerical example is presented here to help clarify this computation.
